Ensurve carries out asbestos management surveys and refurbishment/demolition surveys in line with HSE guidance HSG 264, helping dutyholders stay compliant and safe.
About Asbestos Surveying
Asbestos surveys are essential for identifying asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in buildings and assessing their condition. They are a legal requirement for many dutyholders under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
At Ensurve, we deliver accurate, compliant surveys to help property owners and businesses manage asbestos safely and responsibly.
Types of Asbestos Surveys
Asbestos Management Survey
Standard survey required for the ongoing management of asbestos in premises.
Locates, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and condition of ACMs.
May involve sampling or presuming asbestos is present.
Refurbishment & Demolition Survey
Required before any refurbishment or demolition work.
Fully intrusive, often involving destructive inspection to locate all ACMs.
Areas affected should not be occupied during this survey.

EXCELLENT Based on 5 reviews Posted on Jim PyeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This firm is excellent. They are expert in their field, and come to a clear decision about what needs to be done to ensure safety. The work was carried out cleanly, quickly and in a friendly spirit by a member of their team who was good at explaining exactly what he was going to do, and was happy to reassure me about certain details I wasn't sure about. I recommend them.Posted on Michael RaceTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The team at Ensurve were friendly and experts in their trade.
